One Thing - 9/13/13

Tonight we did our yearly photo shoot with the kids since Lydia will be one on Monday. 

There are lots of great pictures (of kids bribed with ice cream - bribes aren't really our thing around here, but to get good pictures sometimes it's all you can do)!  

One Thing - 9/12/13

Tonight at supper this guy asked, "Where was Jonah when Paul and Silas were in jail? Was Jonah in the big whale when I was in jail with Paul?" LOVE these times spent with little minds filled with thoughts and questions and ideas!

One Thing - 9/11/13

Bible Study Fellowship (BSF) started up again today. The kids and I are SO excited 

for our study in Matthew this year. All 3 did great in the children's program today, even Lydia who joined about 10 other babies under the age of 1. She has never seen that many babies in one place before and had a very inquisitive look on her face when I left. Thankfully there were no tears!

One Thing - 9/10/13

This picture captured on my ipod on my way to work this morning doesn't even begin to show how beautiful the skies were at that time. And, now I hear the low rumble of thunder 

and the sound of light rain. It's wonderful!

I just love these times of hanging out at home. My love playing guitar, J working on a puzzle, Sy busy at the table coloring, cutting, and gluing paper, and L crawling, pulling up, cruising, and getting into everything!

When I went outside to shake out a rug, this little girl 

grabbed the broom and tried to help me sweep. :)
